that some such words as "or any

injurious affection of any

property by reason of authorised

works should be added after the

right

words "any private roud" in

Clause 8.

I also enclose a copy of

a letter from the Admiralty and

shall be glad if you will give

the

careful consideration to your

suggestion that a clause should

be inserted requiring the previous

consent of the Lords Commissioners

of the Admiralty for any works

of War affecting the Man-

an-ear Anchorage

or interfering with any anchorage

intended for the use of His

Majesty's ships.
